Terms
Payment
All livestock should be paid for in full prior to shipping or on collection. Payment must be in the form of cash or Bank Transfere. I also accept PayPal (with 3% surcharge). To reserve an animal prior to collection a 25% deposit is required, this should be either sent to me as a Postal order or by direct bank transfer.
Please note, deposits are non refundable, unless i can not meet your order.
Collection
Livestock must be collected in person, I do not provide delivery, however alternate pick up /delivery services can be arranged by you if required. Example: Reptile Taxi, TNT, Gremlin rides, Etc
(If a collection time and date is agreed to, please be on time or give me enough warning if you are late. I will wait as long as one hour, if still no show, then deposit is lost and reptile will be given to next person on waiting list.)
Guarantee
All livestock sold will be healthy, sexed (probed), mite free and have eaten at least 3 voluntary defrost feeds. Additional feeding records and care sheets can be provided if required, with computer printouts and a picture ID.
Livestock is guaranteed for a period of 24 hrs after purchase, after which time I will assume you are happy with your new reptile. If you are not satisfied with your animal, please contact me within the 24hrs and I will replace your animal or refund your money. The Animal should be returned At your expense. If by any chance the Animal dies in transit when using a courier (very unlikely) picture proof will be required and i should be contacted within the 24hrs.
