About Me.
I am orriginally from South Africa and kept a large variety of snakes, from African house snakes to Mozambique spitting cobra's.
I moved to the UK in 2004 and discovered that i could buy snakes in a local pet store. This was amazing for me as back home it was almost unheard of. I purchased my first corn snake, then another. Within the first year I had aquired 5 Corn snakes and 3 Boa Constrictors. By the End of 2005 I Had a collection of 23 different snakes and the passion for Snakes overwhelmed me once again. I have since Rehomed over 50 different snakes and am presently consentrating on breeding different Python and Boa Morphs. There is a Large market for Designer Morphs and my Aim is to Produce a Morph of my own by the end of 2012.
I Belong to Many Reptile forums and will share links to these on this site... Please feel free to register on any of these sites as they posses a wealth of knowledge and have many members ready to share their experiences and photo's with anyone who is willing to learn...
Prevention is always better than a cure.
So before running out to that nearest pet store and buying a cute little snake or lizard, Please do your research and decide whether or not it is the right reptile for you. Always look at the special needs of that reptile, ie: Caging, Heating, Size, Temperament. Always start small and work your way up.
A big snake is not always cool
It could cost you or someone close to you their life!
